THE CULTIST AND TEACHER[]

Nothing in life can be achieved without routine, discipline and sacrifice – such is life beneath Glory’s continuous watch, and unbending will. Considered one of the longest living members worshipping Bel, the archfiend, Glory is known for caring little for personal wants or desires. Her role in the world is to prepare those who will turn their eyes towards their circle’s patron, and thereby strengthen both.

This was done through steeping them in lore and history of both the world and their particular leader; of their circle’s role in encouraging other mortals’ folly; reminding them daily of a tiefling’s place in the world – mistrusted, unwanted and hated.

She trained the young warlock, Arklech, in such a manner with other tieflings– gifts of their patron’s generals and lieutenants, or otherwise unwanted children taken from their original families –though the lessons seem to not have taken. In the eve where he, and a few other acolytes, were to make their pact with their fiendish patron, Arklech reached for another being – a higher one that granted him the force of will to escape from the circle.

Glory was revealed to be searching for Arklech in the City of Waterdeep, and seems to be closing in on his location.

After sending cultists to destroy the adventurers, and initiating a plot to reap the souls of the citizens of Yartar, Glory faces off against the group beneath the Temple of Tymora– the cult had managed to open a portal to Avernus, and had begun the transfer of soul spheres through it when the adventurers arrived.

Though the battle was fraught with dangerous moments, Glory met her end at the claws of Kawli's fey-wolves, but not before summoning a devil to end the life of the group's sorcerer, Ryltel.
